No Refunds
Tree Care Leadz does not provide refunds for completed services, generated leads, or marketing activities. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Tree Care Leadz is a US-based company that provides lead generation and digital marketing services to tree service businesses. This Refund Policy should be read together with our Terms & Conditions and the client agreement you sign before work begins.
Why Refunds Do Not Apply
Our work is performed and delivered in real time. Marketing campaigns, search and map rankings, advertising, content, and the leads they generate represent labor, media, and results that cannot be returned or undone once produced. Because the value has already been delivered, fees paid for these services are non-refundable.
What This Covers
The no-refund policy applies to all of our services, including but not limited to:
- Completed marketing work and services already performed in a billing period.
- Leads generated through SEO, Google Maps, paid ads, websites, automation, or social media.
- Search engine optimization, local SEO, and Google Business Profile work.
- Setup, onboarding, website, and content work that has been completed.
- Advertising spend and any third-party pass-through costs paid to the platforms.
Month-to-Month Billing
Our services are billed on a recurring monthly basis with no long-term contracts. You may cancel future billing with notice as set out in your agreement, which stops further charges going forward. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid for the current or any prior billing period.
Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged in error — for example a duplicate payment or a charge for a service you did not authorize — email us at support@treecareleadz.com with your company name and the relevant payment details. Genuine billing errors are corrected promptly. A billing correction is not a refund for delivered services.
