These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Tree Care Leadz services. Tree Care Leadz is a US-based company. Please read them carefully before engaging our services.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, requesting a free audit, or engaging Tree Care Leadz for marketing services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Services Provided
Tree Care Leadz provides digital marketing and lead-generation services exclusively to tree service businesses (B2B). Services may include search engine optimization, Google Maps ranking, paid advertising, website design, reputation management, and AI booking and automation, as described on our website and confirmed in your client agreement.
Month-to-Month Agreement
Our services are provided on a month-to-month basis with no long-term contracts. Either party may cancel with notice as set out in your client agreement. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not entitle you to a refund of fees already earned, except as provided under our 60-Day Performance Guarantee and Refund Policy.
60-Day Performance Guarantee
We back our work with a 60-day performance guarantee. The exact terms, including what constitutes performance and how the guarantee is applied, are defined in your signed client agreement and may vary by service. Please review our Refund Policy and ask us for the precise terms during your free audit.
Client Ownership of Assets
You own 100% of the website, traffic, rankings, reviews, and accounts we build or manage for you. If your engagement ends, these assets remain yours. Where assets are hosted on third-party platforms, ownership and transfer are subject to those platforms’ terms.
Exclusive Territory
We work with one tree service company per service area. While your engagement is active, we will not provide the same competitive marketing services to a direct competitor in your defined territory. Territory definitions are confirmed in your client agreement.
Fees & Billing
Fees are quoted based on your market, plan, and scope, and are billed on a recurring monthly basis as set out in your agreement. Third-party pass-through costs, such as advertising spend, are separate from our service fees and are your responsibility. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate business information, timely access to accounts and assets we need to do the work, and reasonable cooperation. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of materials you provide and for ensuring your business complies with all licensing, insurance, and regulatory requirements applicable to tree service work.
Intellectual Property
Our proprietary processes, templates, and tools remain our intellectual property. Deliverables created specifically for you — such as your website content and marketing assets — become yours as described in the Client Ownership of Assets section, subject to payment of applicable fees.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tree Care Leadz is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We do not guarantee specific rankings, lead volumes, or revenue beyond the terms of the 60-day performance guarantee, as outcomes depend on factors outside our control.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Wyoming, unless otherwise required by law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of our website or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
